Mark Williams is a British actor who voiced the Goblin in the episode Goblin's Gold in the third series of the BBC drama series, Merlin. According to Colin Morgan, who plays Merlin, Williams improvised many of the Goblin's lines and sound effects.
Williams is well known for portraying Weasley patriarch, Arthur Weasley, in the Harry Potter film series. The only Harry Potter film he wasn't in was the first one.
He will also play Brian Williams, father of the Doctor's companion Rory Williams, in the seventh series of Doctor Who.
He had a minor role in the movie Stardust alongside Nathaniel Parker but did not share any scenes with him.
